Join Mystic Root Yoga online for a refreshing chair yoga class catered to all levels. Remain seated or try on standing balance challenges with chair support. Recovering from a surgery or injury? We can help with that. Looking to gain flexibility and balance? We have just the right blend of stimulating poses to assist! Breathing techniques are weaved in to center you, help you connect to how the body breaths and how you can strengthen your lung and diaphragm capacity. A login link is sent via email tp a Google Meeting. No camera or microphone needed.

Evening Reset Yoga at Local Brew Company

Join Miranda in person at the Local Brew Company located in Ruskin, FL! Attend an evening yoga class designed to help shake off the workday and reset your body and mind. Bask in the outdoor ambiance where will be guided through an approachable yoga flow followed by deep rejuvenating stretches. Settle into savasana with soft sounds and guided relaxation techniques.

Stick around after class and enjoy a hyper-local craft coffee, beer or wine available for purchase by the Local Brew Company! They offer small-batch brews, robotic espresso, house wine, fresh food, and community experiences in one uniquely local destination. We are thrilled to partner with them for this exclusive community offering. Please pre-register as space is limited

All experience levels welcome. If you have a mat, please bring one. Some mats available to borrow on a first-come first-served basis.

Mystic Root Yoga LLC is a traveling yoga studio that believes that yoga is for everyBODY. We offer private custom classes as well as community classes and special events. No matter what ails you, yoga can help. There are so many types of yoga, and our purpose is to share them with the world.

"Grapeful Flow" is a collaborative effort offering a sophisticated experience that combines elements of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness accompanied by the 5 S’s of wine tasting (see, swirl, smell, sip, savor). The intention is to integrate two elegant experiences.

We all have our own unique body, life experience, and sole purpose in life. Yoga brings us all together as one.

Wonderful session with Miranda! I've been away from yoga for a while so her main concern was my comfort during each pose. She made modifications as necessary and set goals that I can work towards. She's an extremely gifted teacher and I'm blessed to have found her. It must have been divine intervention! I so look forward to working with her and improving my health and wellbeing. Couldn't be happier with my new teacher!

This was an excellent yoga session. It's my first in several years and I enjoyed it immensely. Miranda was extremely attentive and made sure that I was challenging myself but not hurting. She frequently asked for feedback on how I was feeling in the various poses and made modifications when necessary. I'm very excited about working with her on a regular basis! My health - physical and mental - will certainly benefit from it!

Miranda scheduled a private, one-hour session with me, and we did a variety of stretches like legs up the wall, hip and back stretches, downward dog and plank. It was an excellent all-around practice for many body parts. Miranda tailors each class to student preferences and needs. She usually ends her class with relaxation, additional stretches and a quote that is memorable. Definitely my favorite yoga instructor.
